  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Provides freshness and crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated Parmesan is recommended for better flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Choose a quality store-bought or homemade dressing.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Boil a pot of salted water and add 2 cups of pasta. Cook until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.

Mixing Ingredients

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, sliced grilled chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Dressing the Salad

  • Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss to coat all ingredients.

Final Seasoning

  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and give it one last toss.

Serving or Chilling

  • Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to an hour. If chilling, add croutons before serving to keep them crisp.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Keep croutons separate until ready to serve to maintain crunchiness.
