Ingredients
  

For the crust and topping

  • 40 oz Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Feel free to use homemade cookie dough.

For the cheesecake layer

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese Soften at room temperature for smooth texture.
  • 1 large Egg Bring to room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar Just enough to sweeten the cheesecake.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Enhances flavors.
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice Optional for a zesty kick.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Freeze half the cookie dough for a few hours.
  • Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
  • Bring the egg to room temperature.
  • Line a 13x9" pan with parchment paper or non-stick foil.

Baking the crust

  • Slice half the dough and press it into the pan to form a crust.
  • Bake the crust for 10 minutes.

Making the cheesecake layer

  • In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture over the baked crust.
  • Crumble the remaining cookie dough on top.

Final Baking

  • Bake for another 35-40 minutes until the bars are set.
  • Let it cool completely and then refrigerate before slicing.

Notes

Serve chilled. Pair with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for later enjoyment.
