  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder

Preparation

  • Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray or line it with a liner for easy cleanup.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and optional brown sugar.
  • Lay the seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour the sauce over them, ensuring every piece is coated.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on high for 2.5 to 3 hours or low for 5 to 6 hours.
  • Shred the chicken right in the crockpot with two forks when fully cooked.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave with a splash of water or sauce.
