  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix Homemade ranch seasoning can be used.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Opt for lighter or organic versions if desired.
  • to taste salt and pepper Don’t forget to season!
  • optional chopped parsley For garnish.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the slow cooker.
  • Mix cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup in a bowl until smooth.
  • Pour mixture over chicken; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken in the slow cooker with forks, stirring to coat in gravy.

Serving

  • Serve over rice, pasta, or bread, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge. Freezable for up to 3 months. Optional: add extra veggies for a one-pot meal.
