  • 1 cup Carrots Consider using baby carrots for convenience.

Dips and Breads

  • 1 bowl Hummus Use classic or flavored hummus.
  • 1 loaf Bread Opt for baguette, rustic sourdough, or pita pockets.

Meats and Garnishes

Assembly

  • Place Brie, Cheddar, and Gouda on a large platter, spaced nicely.
  • Layer in a variety of crackers around the cheeses.
  • Slice cucumbers, bell peppers, and carrots; arrange them on the platter.
  • Put a bowl of hummus in the center for dipping.
