Ingredients
  

For the Fresh Fruit Salsa

  • 2 cups Strawberries, chopped Fresh strawberries are best.
  • 2 medium Kiwi, chopped Can substitute with chopped green apples.
  • 2 medium Peaches, chopped Canned peaches can be used if fresh are out of season.
  • 1 cup Mango, chopped Fresh ripe mangoes yield the best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Fresh lime juice enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Use agave or maple syrup for a vegan option.

For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips

  • 8 oz Tortilla chips Use quality chips; store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar For sweetening the chips.
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Pair with sugar for flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop the strawberries, kiwi, peaches, and mango into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a big bowl, gently combine all your chopped fruit.
  • Drizzle lime juice and honey over the fruit, then toss gently.

Making the Chips

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut tortillas into triangles and brush lightly with olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over your tortilla triangles.
  • Place your chips on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, or until they're golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve the fresh fruit salsa alongside your cinnamon sugar chips.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. The salsa can release juices over time.
