Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) or prepare your dehydrator.
  • Thinly slice the cucumbers to about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Toss cucumber slices with the ranch seasoning mix, adding olive oil if desired, until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer on a baking sheet or dehydrator trays, ensuring they are not overlapping.

Cooking

  • Bake for 2-3 hours or dehydrate according to machine instructions until crispy.
  • Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely before enjoying.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of days. Avoid refrigeration as it can soften the chips. Consider making larger batches for longevity.
